  1. Widening of 85th Street from 63rd Ave. to Cooper Road View Map 85th Street is a local arterial in Pleasant Prairie. It connects Green Bay Road to Sheridan Road. It is necessary to widen the road to accommodate additional traffic, pedestrians, and bikes.

Who pays for all the new roads in subdivisions?

All new roads in the subdivisions are paid for by the developer and dedicated to the Village at no cost to taxpayers. The Village has strict standards for construction of new roads. The Village also requires developers to pay for improving any streets that border their developments at no cost to the existing residents. Back to Top
